DREAMS OF A LOST MOONCHILD

stupid quick entry, but i just wanted to say that I sort of lost myself in a sequel to Heart Shaped Tattoos. I did struggle with the title, but because I went the route I did, using some characters and places from this really old original story I did, which is sadly lost to the times (deleted the livejournal that it was on). There is a place called Murky Mile, and so I decided to create two other cities/places for this story to support the universe, and one is Cold Hollow, the other is Drowned Lake.

The thing is, that if you know that old original story (named ‘Mary in the Mirror’) you could see how I mashed characters together and changed them around, but the skeleton is sort of the same.

I’d go so far as to say it has easter eggs for those who know that story, and the spin-off I made. This story is supernatural as well, but it’s way, WAY more Twin Peaks inspired, with many more characters, and places. I don’t know if it’s ever going to see the light of the day for anyone but me, but i just had to write it (not quite done yet, but nearly) – and I had to take a break from editing the other stories.

Anyways just swing by to post my first attempt mockup front. Also because this is a mockup, I didn’t spend a whole lot of time on the fonts, or bothered to upscale the image.
