I delete and recreate accounts all over the place all the time, but if you know me; you know that!
So back when I created my pinterest, I was naive and super excited about all the pretty things I could create with Stable Diffusion. And I had wanted to use it to promote my free AI graphics, and my Redbubble.
And so I made a business account, what can I say? I thought I found something new and cool to share.
Things went very differently, and in the almost 3 years I had that business account on Pinterest, I took down tons of stuff from the early days, and rebranded. And in the end it was basically just an update of my blog and my wallpaper cave things – I never got a singular follower, no clicks, and no pins.
In 3 years, I never managed to get a pin on pinterest…
that is fucking wild.
And I won’t say my views dwindled, they never took off at all. It stayed unchanged with that perhaps 1 view which was very often myself to check it was all in order. And if I had a traffick of 2 unique users (that means anyone but myself) – it was time to break out the bubbly.
The interface was stupid, and I never figured out how to use that business platform they have. So I deleted my pinterest account, sadly I couldn’t just remove the business aspect, but had to nuke it all. So I did.
So I made a new one, and this time it is just made as a RSS feed of a sorts. Not for this blog, but for Wattpad, Kindle, Wallpapercave – and so forth.
And then I deleted my LJ. that’s it, done over. no more.
Oh if you thought that I am overreacting about that whole ai stuff, and that the anti people are sane. I took these screenshots today.
I am ‘wormwoodmachine’ – should you wonder.
And this is just like an average post, on an average day from salty assholes. But seriously, the rhetoric is mad.

But speaking of Reddit, and the aiwars community, which is unlike it’s name – a pretty chill place where most people can have an intelligent debate across the table.
