DREAMS OF A LOST MOONCHILD

Okay I had a complete meltdown over how difficult it was to add a Wattpad title to Goodreads since it’s not an option to add your own shit anymore.

And as I said in my earlier entry, Amazon bought Goodreads, so I get it – I mean it’s freaking business, right?!

So I remembered I had a KDP account, and so I just logged in. And downloaded the kindle creator again – and fixed my file.

And now we’re just waiting.

I made a kind and paperback with the same frontpage, and yes I did list that I used some AI with heavy edits for the frontpage.

The paperback have some ‘glitch graphics’ and different font. Otherwise it’s similar.

And the hardback, just because I wanted to try something silly, well I just used their own tools, and yes I realise it’s not lining up, and no there is nothing you can fucking do about it in the frontpage editor.

And yes I did choose .com for the kindle, but co.uk for the physical books. Basically because if any european wanted it, they’d pay extra taxes if it came from the US, instead of the UK. But I do think I need to change it because….

When I tried to pay for my proof edition, from co.uk – they don’t ship to Denmark. There is an .se (sweden), but that was not on my list of choices to order from, so I guess .de or .nl might be the the right places… i don’t fucking know… fuck it, ima get an authors edition instead.

I’ll be fucked if I understand their system. I mean I don’t know if you know, but people inside the US can only gift kindle books to other people inside the US, and visa versa. I can’t give my friends in the US a kindle book like I used to for Christmas anymore, because they can’t recieve it.

Some years back if I was sent a kindle book from someone inside the US, I had to ask for the money back from Amazon (return the gift) and buy the books again. And the same went for my friends in the US if I sent them a kindle book.

So like two years ago I sent a gift certificate instead – I honestly don’t know if it worked, cause I never heard about her getting anything, perhaps she did or perhaps it was fucked.

Oh well…

So, When the kindle edition hits (monday’ish i suppose) – I will take it down from Wattpad, so if you want to read it for free, now is the time.
