Okay so I am a bit less angry now, mostly because I found a solution that I am okay with, and I figure will work out.
One of my major gripes was the fact that I like making narrated stories, and for that I use Ai art, but as the haters sort of stepped up their level of zealot to batshit, I simply had to ‘remove’ the stories from my secondary channel, because I experienced recieving some ridicilous copyright claims from ‘persons’, not companies. And I did feel bullied, and it sits very bad inside me to back down from bullies, then unless I wanted to either continue having this stupid back and forth with YT, or shut down the channel. I decided to make the videos hidden, and take them elsewhere.
And since I took all and every single image of ai graphics down, exept those for my own use, which are not public. Then I had some old blogs that used to hold that resource that I could revamp.
And that I did. You can find my narrated story videos here https://absintheandcake.blogspot.com/ there are both fanfic projects, old and new – and also original stuff. As I know I said before, that blog will not be announced updated anywhere, this is my own little bubble of fun, and should you like it, you can sign up for the newsletter on the blog, and have updates in your inbox, or you can add it to a RSS reader. I’m sorry, I wish I could show them off, because they take a long time to make, and they aren’t free to create either – I mean I make them regardless because I love making them. Just like I do anything else I love to make, my creativity is not hung up on anything than ‘i want to make it’, if others enjoy it too, it’s great, but I stopped expecting it a very, very long time ago.
This page also have my tutorials, which fell under the same scrutiny from the hate-brigade, and so they found their home there as well. https://absintheandcake.blogspot.com/p/tutorials.html
I just made a new one that has never been shown elsewhere. For this once, I will include it here, and you can either go to the blogspot link above or click here.
This post is mostly so I know that everyone who might have a slight interest in where the stories went when i took them off youtube went. Again I honestly don’t expect it, but in case there should be a lurker – well now you know, and I won’t mention this again, unless the internet enviroment changes.
It is still mad to me that some people will go so low as to target people, and I even think I now who it is that instigated it. It is incredibly primitive of those people to not at least ask or listen, but they just see ‘ai’ and you are the devil, no questions asked. It’s like a fucking internet witch hunt, and you are weilding the hexenhammer. But I bet you don’t see it like that – and I am done talking about it, and I am done defending myself.
So that is why I did what I did – and while nothing changed for me, I just don’t share it. It did zap any and all creative force out of me, and I just sat here and watched fucking netflix, because I didn’t feel like making anything. I felt like someone took my joy of creating, like my expression was dirty and wrong, and I had to make a decision to either just stop everything, delete everything and recreate myself again, like I did before.
Or if I wanted to go to war. I chose neither and both – I know that for those who hate everything ai, my name is already blacklisted so there is nothing I can do about that – it’s a them thing. But it doesn’t change my opinion on ai tools. I am definitly very much aware of it in a different way than before. Before I was just exited and showed what I felt was like a great frontpage for a short novel. I still create that great frontpage, but I also make one with a generic Canva one. And keep the one with the frontpage I like here on my blog.
Been thinking of shutting down my patreon, because after I removed all the ai art, I am not sure it has a purpose anymore. I will wait a little and think some more, trying to decide what to do with it. but most likely it will just be deleted, like so many of my other failed projects – and there are seriously many of those, so it’s not something I take as a personal failure, I just store it away for another day, and perhaps it’s relevant then.
And the kindle tip I flaunted in the banner graphics, well – I use Speechify to read my kindle books back to me. But I found out that if you use the desktop app of kindle, they actually have a TTS (but super robot sounding)

up there in the upper left corner there is a drop down menu, and there you can find the TTS reader. It’s not a plesant experience, but if that is what you have, it’s what you have – it’s free.
