DREAMS OF A LOST MOONCHILD

I have a weird love/hate relationship with trying to decide on major plotpoints – so in case you want to help me out. read more behind the cut.

I will try to do this without giving away the plot of the story I am writing. But what I need from you is to chose between two versions of ‘theme’.

So best way I can describe it is sort of like 13 ghosts if you ever saw that — and if you haven’t, do it! Anyways there is an old rite with some specific ghosts needed for the portal to work. it’s not the same as I am writing, but still it’s a good comparing, because I have 6 characters that all need a ‘theme’ much like 13 ghosts, also for a ritual.

So what I boiled it down to, is that I have to chose between character traits that they have, or more pompous titles (like 13 ghosts) – omg it’s hard to explain without giving away anything.

Version 1 is rites named in traits like: the deciever, the protegé, the lover, the brother… so forth,

Version 2 is rites named in loose pompous titles like: The lost traveller, the second son, or the wicked father.

Version 3 is rite names loosely based on something like tarot cards.

I feel like everything I come up with is stupid, so if you can help me out a little that would be awesome, and if not – well then I’ll figure it out. =)
