Alright so…
I still haven’t gotten around to getting myself another computer, but decided to give this a cleanover and see if it cant live a little longer. It does make a negative impact on my youtube but I suppose it just can’t be helped. =/
So these last weeks I have been working on a way to make the practical crochet thing better, also trying to find relevant patterns to dumb down so they are both easy and fast. I did make a youtube channel for it, but that is not quite ready for anything yet. I do plan on having all the videos private so the videos are here on this site (and the blogger), but not in the YT algoritm. I mean that project is not about YT it’s about making things accessible for everyone, but within the confines of the project.
Also just handed a flasfiction over to nosleep, they always reject my stuff so I don’t have high hopes here either, but it is what it is. I like the little silly story. you can find it here.
Besides that, nothing much – I started writing something for a YT narrator, but scrapped it. And also I’m still working on the last novella for the collection (embarassing I know) – I also think that the dark fiction project might have to be scrapped or at least put on a serious backburner, cause right now i am trying to get back into the swing of things, writing with the purpose of either sending it to podcasts or anthrologies – so it’s shorter things than this huge dark fantasy thing would be.
I reactivated my site for AI art, and love it or hate it, i don’t care. I did however open an account on artsi (find the link here) which is a marketplace uniquely for AI art. So I am not offending anyone (I still think it’s madness, but I can’t be arsed really). I decided to give it two months and see if I make any sales at all. And if not – I will close down the account. And it is not a secret that my RB adventure isn’t exactly working out either, so I am also thinking about if that should continue. I think it’s a crying shame. But if it has no interest, like everything else I make and want to share. Then so be it. I will keep them for myself. But again told myself I’d give it two more months.
It’s great trying to convince yourself you’re good at it – when you could just as well yell at the ocean.
But in regards to my AI art, then I just think that either 1. I have a very different taste in what is nice than most. or 2. I just plain suck. But as I said two months and I will deal with what I do with the Darkwing Morningstar stuff.
Oh and if you know about any magazine or publisher, Danish or English that takes submission for short horror stories, hit me up =)
